RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY


At Trenducts.pk, we strive to ensure our customers enjoy a positive shopping experience. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policy below.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 1 day of delivery for a return authorization. Returns and exchanges are only available for products that are damaged or defective upon receipt. To qualify, the items must be in unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

To begin the process, please contact us and provide a video of the damaged product as verification. Upon approval, we’ll authorize the return. Please note that we do not offer refunds—only exchanges for defective items.


EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Contact Us: If the product is damaged or defective, email us at info.trenducts.pk@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving the item. Include a video showing the issue and your order number.

  2. Verification and Authorization: Once we verify the defect, we’ll authorize the exchange.

  3. Resend: We will resend your parcel for the replacement item. We’ll arrange the return for the defective product after authorization.


REFUNDS

Refunds are not available. We only offer exchanges for verified defective or damaged items.


INVALID REASONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

We will not process returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: Please be sure of your purchase before placing an order. Once an order is placed, it is a binding agreement to purchase.

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are not accepted once an order is confirmed. Please ensure you are ready to proceed with your purchase at the time of placing the order.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. For any urgent concerns regarding your order, reach out to us at info.trenducts.pk@gmail.com
